2 MP3's as a single MP3 file

I've got 2 seperate MP3 files that I want to play simultaneously, so it sounds like the singers are doing a duet, but I don't just want them to play at the same time, I want them to be converted to a single MP3 file that can be burned onto a CD or something. Can anyone help me figure out how to do this?
