How to find all presets with a specific rating

I know this might be more of an operating system question than a milkdrop one but how do I find all presets that have been rated 0. I have lots of presets which have been rated over the years but now I want to change the setting so that the ratings don't affect playback. My only reason for rating a given preset was when I didn't want to see it again so I would rate it 0.

Is there any way to search my presets folder and find all the .milk files that have fRating=0.000000? In windows explorer I have selected file contents in advance search options but that does not help. Any tips would be appreciated!

Use the Windows command prompt: the FIND command combined with the FOR command.
or
Use Notepad++.
Search > Find in Files...
