creating a shoutcast server for online radio pshhh i suck???

So i have not a clue on what ive been doing wrong im kinda new to this in building a shoutcast server that is see what i'm mainly trying to do is make this server so i can connect it to my sam broadcaster and create a flash player to stream my online radio here http://www.moshradio.************* I have no money as I am starting out small as a online radio station ......... One factor is I need help HELP HELP HELLLLP!!!! So if someone can recommend a video tutorial or even help me that would be much appreciation!!!

I am unable to connect to your SHOUTcast server on port 8000. Is it running or did you turn it off or is it on a different port?

thing is my shoutcast is not letting me connect it just keep going through the reconnect phase btw I saw you video on the config builder its great help but my computer is being a bitch and wont let me save those files

ok i see that I need to do that but thing is for what don't you think if I knew what i was doing I'm pretty sure I would have done that .... this is my first time working with shoutcast .....and it has been a fail!!!

what source software are you trying to use?
what operating system are you trying to run this all on?
have you attempted to read any of the documentation?
have you attempted to use any of the example configuration files e.g. sc_serv_simple.conf?

as all i'm getting from your posts is basically wanting someone to just wave a wand and it all be setup. and yes the setup process at the moment is shite and that's my fault from over estimating the level of people who would try to setup a SHOUTcast system on their own. but SHOUTcast has never been a simple click and go setup (though admittedly for people used to the Windows v1 DNAS then it is 'lacking' but that will be improved when i get a chance to work on those things again inorder to get a newer release out).

so yes things aren't ideal but just saying things don't work or help doesn't make it easy for people to gauge at what stage you've managed to get to and then aid you from there. and knowing the number of v2 DNAS in use as i do, if it was that dire then there wouldn't be the number being used that there is.

I'm trying to make a shoutcast off my own internet service I don't really want to pay at first for a mp3 trancoding license at the moment I have looked at the setup and well I dont get it haha I'm just stressed I have been researching I was gonna start torrenting windows servers but that wouldnt help since its hard as shit to run one of those without help ......I never said I want it to be done for me I just need guidance on how I should get started since I suck with this shit .... If it was just coding I could do this but that would be too simple. Don't worry I'm not blaming anyone for how hard it is for me I'm just thick headed and cant figure shit out quick i was just asking for well kinda a descriptive step by step guide from someone ..... not sure If i need one or just guidance in the right direction but I do know I need help haha!!

You may want to consider http://1000slots.tk if you need a Shoutcast server. I'm with them and have had great results from them. Just a suggestion.
