TV Streamming with Shoutcat

Hi people

I´m have a radio Station on Brazil an I have an server running linux with shoucast to stream the live audio over internet. Now I´m planning to stream TV.

I tried VLC and ffmpeg server to work with windows media encoder, but I´m not happy with this...

I love shoutcast and winamp and I was wondering in streaming video with shoutcat .

I ask who help me with the bests solutions to these scenario.

NSV streaming - especially live streaming is pretty dated technology. It has not been updated since 2004. Would be nice incorporate a NSV module into VLC for streaming. That would certainly freshen up the technology a lot.
