Started this some time ago, I almost finished it now, but probably won't release it.

As you can see -neither tints neither its forms correspond to the title of the skin.. the idea was to make it totaly trianglish/angular but a few ovals appear here as well

Simple, flat, unassuming -I'm quite happy with it though, and I realized how powerful airbrushing could be

This is great. Nice and unusual, and despite its title, not aspiring to be something it is not. I really love the EQ bars. The song title bitmap font is a tad illegible tho.

I love those shapes. The only thing I would do is change the nums_ex.bmp. I don't think it fits the skin.

Nicely done. You've got some creative shapes there. It's a shame that you won't release it, though.

I like it
Also the numbers are cool....
but agree with you... the numbers and texts are very hard work

Well, I would start by not making the text.bmp letters so squashed and hard to see, and also by making the nums_ex.bmp numbers smoother by not making them italic.

Honestly, I like the original colors more. The grey stands out too much in the newer color scheme.

I agree. It looks smoother with the original color scheme. Other than that, it kicks ass.

Nice!

I agree with the others on the text and numbers, though. Don`t like the white BG on the playlist. Sort of glaring. Would be better if it were the same shade of blue that borders the numbers.

I don't really mind the white playlist background myself, though I still agree with my earlier self about the numbers.

It might just be my screen, and maybe I'm just now noticing this now, but the SelectedBG seems a little faint against the white background in the playlist.

Decided to finish this and I thinks it's ready to get published now

Changed (significantly):
- nums_ex.bmp
- text.bmp

Updated:
- pledit.txt - NormalBG,SelectedBG,mbFG,mbBG
- titlebar.bmp - winshade tweaked
- eqmain.bmp - EQ enabled and EQ autoloading enabled buttons changed a bit
- shufrep.bmp - a minor bug removed
- other - added minimize, shade, close buttons in various windows

Added:
- gen.bmp and gen_ex.bmp
- video.bmp
- mb.bmp and avs.bmp for backwards compatibility
- skininfo.xml and screenshot.png for the new installer

I think, that's it. Any final suggestions or bugs found?

Nice design. Some of the buttons are a bit hard to find (especially the volume slider), but I'll accept that in the name of art. The "previous" button doesn't change when pressed. Other than that it seems bug-fee. I really like the shuffle button.

@ickerschneiber: thanks for your comments, back button now changed

I submitted it to winamp.com on 18th Oct and it's still under the In Review Queue category, can't edit or delete it. I suppose it's lost, because it can't be found here. Should I resubmit?

Your effort is appreciated.

It's now up but doesn't work, just like all skins published today. The database eats the last three bytes of the wsz file before it's published. (Confirmed by HEX editor)

Yeah, that's been the problem for the longest time, although...... we are told that it can be manually fixed now by admin types, so lets hope they do....

The skin works great while it's in the review system, when it gets published it gets a nibble take out of the file.
