winamp/shoutcast problems

I have winamp 5.63 with shoutcast source v2.3.2.

Signed on to internet and seems winamp will not play in stereo. It ask for input and I have to use line in (Legacy mode) if I choose stereo it will only play on the left channel on out when listening on another computer.

If I check 44100mhz mono I get audio on both channels on the audio bars in Nullsoft Shoutcast.

If I choose winamp (recommended) I get both bars with audio but then no microphone input over the internet.

Any suggestions as I have reloaded winamp and shoutcast and tried to go into winamp for settings and nothing.
