^ The "Throw-up" Pumpkin is way cool, Ted!
I am invited to go to two parties. One is a Fireman's Party for The I.N.N. of L.I.
I may go as a people!
The other a bar party...both groups drink heavily.

Ugh.

Probably going down the local night club for the metal night on the Friday, then slowly spiralling in to a depressive state for Monday when I hit 23.

I'll have to live vicariously through all of you - nothing much to do around these parts; my life only gets exciting outside of the school year. Everything during the school year revolves around work, which can be fun at times, but pretty tame.

Don't forget to live before you die.

I am waiting for the weather report. If it isn't raining, I'll give a few pounds of candy to the little booger miners. If it's raining, they usually don't show.

In the US you didn't have to be. I guess you'll have to wait for Saint Maartens day. Does it help to wait the extra 11 days for kids to get their fall sugar coma?

If I were a kid, I think I'd be apt to promote both holidays. You guys don't have Thanksgiving either. Maybe you get through Christmas w/o gaining a typical American 15 pounds

I'm an American of Dutch ancestry and it's probably true that Americans consist of people that were thrown out of every decent country in the world, including my relatives.

In America though, it takes very little impetus to share holidays, whether they're ethnic, religious or otherwise. Generally, if they'res something to eat involved... it deserves a national holiday

I think we should see if we can pick up Sinterklaas and St. Maartens Day. That should keep us from getting in trouble from late October until January.

I am likely to be playing something at some undisclosed place in Detroit.

Going to "The D" is a nightmare in itself.

Lugging personal DJ equipment into "The D" is a thought worse than death.

I'm thinking of renting an armored car and renting some decks. I'm also thinking of taking a Celeron-D lappy with me so if I lose it or it gets jacked it's no biggie. It ought to be able to run Torq OK. No vst's though.

Our students seem to treat the Halloween season as a time to toss multiple rolls of toilet paper through their friends/enemies' trees while chalking up each others cars behind their backs. A lot of teachers' cars got hit, but for some reason they haven't touched anything of mine yet.

Carved the pumpkins like the one above, although that pic has a better job than what I did - not my work.

USED a florist? Well... I don't think she felt used...

I love key lime pie, but I'm a little allergic to citrus so it doesn't agree with me. I can get away with lemon meringue barely.

the dutch more and more are starting to introduce these American things.

I don't do anything else than on a normal night.
And i hate st Maartensday, i always have seen it as begging.

Each Thursday a new show on Celtica Radio with Darkwave music.

Both, she likes to sit on her foot stool in the kitchen while I'm cooking, occasionally meowing to remind me that she is being a good girl and wants some meat. And when we're eating, she is the world's biggest pest. So far we've found out that she loves tuna, Chinese (loves Mongolian beef/lamb), Indian (not too spicy, thank you), raw chicken is a favorite, and so is raw cookie dough. Oh yeah, she LOVES raw kangaroo meat.
