Winamp 5.63 PRO Crash On Start Err: nvdxgiwrap.dll

Hey guys,

As the title states, I'm getting a crash on startup on version 5.63 PRO with the Fault Module Name: nvdxgiwrap.dll . Is this related to my graphics card? If so, what can I do to fix this problem?

I'm running Win 7, Intel 2.2 ghz, and nvidia GT540M. Never had this happen before.

Tried uninstalling old version 5.62 pro and upgraded to 5.63 pro, rebooted the OS and still have the same issue.

Can anyone please help me out here? I need my music!!! ?(o.0)?

Here's the crash data from Windows, if it helps:

Scrub that.

I just switched the settings on the GT 540M so Winamp runs on the integrated graphics processor -- works fine now.

Thanks me!

No problem man! (>' ' )>

Go hunting for new graphics card drivers for the nVidia card. That is an nVidia dll that is crashing and it certainly should not do that. I am running on various nVidia setups without crashes.

Reading between the lines, I guess this used to work for you? Any idea what else may have changed on the laptop since the last run of it?
