how do i buy winamp pro ? i am in south afrika.whithout a credit card

There are different payments available, see the Ordering Information page.

In your last thread, it was mentioned that you do not need the Pro version for the Jump To File Extended plug-in. It is the JTFE plug-in that provides the remove duplicates option in the playlist editor and it is part of the free version of Winamp. If you are just looking Jump To File Extended plug-in you can downloaded it from DrO's reply in the JTFE development thread.
