7 Days; 10 songs still not verified

Any advice on how I can fix this issue? Can't seem to get it solved by Shoutcast.
Tried to reboot but it wouldn't let me.

Track Validation Issue

Same here.... Tracks I uploaded last week and tracks I uploaded today are not validating. The "clock" icon that represents track validation is still displayed. All the tracks are properly labeled. Thanks.

I emailed direct and they said they know there is an issue and that they're working to fix it. This was a week ago. I emailed for an update an no response.

same for me. 78 songs waiting.
do you know what happened ? everything was working fine (almost) 3 months ago, and since, problems over problems, bugs to be fixed, ....
They probably make the wrong update of windows 10 on their servers ??

From the Shoutcast Team,

We have rectified the underlying problem and the validation should be up and running correctly now.

Please advise to users to delete and re-upload tracks, they will be validated during the following 48h.

Not solved for me. Songs deleted, reuploaded in the evening of the 10th may.

Hello,

All the new songs that I uploaded for a few days are not broadcast. Instead, I either have a looping track or the jingle. I have no error message when I generate the schedule, all the titles are present. Do the necessary please. I am paying for a service that does not work. Thanks

I am not authorized to put information about myself. My webradio is TEEZ'FM. It has been working under radionomy since 2009 and has been on shoutcast for 1 years. I cannot do any artist promotions at this time because the new song are not broadcast on the radio. it becomes a real problem for me.

I'm desesperate. I would like to know if Nosti answer to PM of itsteeze. I sent a lot of messages or email to shoutcast and no answers and the problem is not resolved. Yesterday, I received only one answer of Shoutcast. Here is the mail: "I give you the informations that you need to collect, but the problem concerns a lot of radio since the last week. E-mail address linked to the station
Screenshot of the error message (if any)

No, I have no answers from anyone. Neither of Nosti (he hasn't logged in for a few weeks) or the shoutcast tech team for a week. I simply canceled my subscription with them. I find their attitude really unprofessional.
