Shoutcast TV - View file info/goto fullscreen = AppHang (split from bug report thread

Hello,

with Shoutcast TV I have some AppHang crashes when I goto fullscreen.

First I thought it is because these changes:
- Improved: [in_nsv] New API to allow video decoder to signal codec width & height
- Fixed: [nsvdec_vp3, nsvdec_vp5, vp6] Rescaling buffer overflow vulnerabilities
... but with 5.6.2.3161 it is the same.

I have send all reports to Microsoft for investigation.

Reproducible = sometimes (with different TV steams)

Winamp 5.621 pro de-de default/clean install

a) Shoutcast TV
b) start a video stream
c) right click into the window -> Winamp -> View file info -> the "NSV Steam Info" window opens and I get a "Not Responding" message

Hello can someone look into it please.
I can reproduce the two errors on four PC's and one Notebook.
So I think many users will be affected.
With my informations it should be possible to (simple) fix it.

of course it is still the same as no one has done any work on it to my knowledge (i know i've not since i cannot reproduce it) and there was nothing in the changelog to indicate there had been any fix.

if you know it's going to randomly cause you issues, don't use the view info dialog on those streams. i know that's not fixing the issue for you but if you know it's not right then don't use it (and am not sure why you'd need to keep going to that dialog when it comes to streams anyway).
