burning to mp3
I have created a real nice play list, 900 plus songs. I’ve used the scramble play list function and really like the lineup. When I tried to burn the playlist it seems to be burning in a wav format as it will accommodate around twenty songs at a time per disc. What I’d like to do is take a snapshot of the list, as many mp3’s that will fit per disc and then burn. Four or five discs later a nice batch of music to travel with. How do I burn the playlist so it burns in mp3 format

You can't burn data discs with Winamp. Try gen_yar and another burner of your choice.
If you want to burn audio CDs with Winamp: Make a playlist with all the songs you want on it. Select the first X songs that will fit onto one CD. Send those songs to the burner and burn them. Select the next X songs that will fit, burn, repeat. Winamp ATF Reference — My cPro timer widget — My port of AVS Do NOT email me with general tech support questions. |

I thought I read in one of the topics somewhere no burning of data till version 5.??. As I'm at work right now I can't confirm, but believe I have version 5...something
So that's why i posted the question, so I guess Winamp is not there yet? Des |
