Recording with WinAmp

Hello everyone .. i am new here .. Admin: i am not sure if this is the proper place to pose this question. If it is not, please excuse me and direct me to the proper place.

My situation is: I and a few people like to sing Karaoke. I have a program called Hoster by MTU. What i would like to find out is if there is a recorder that i can use to basically make a recording of people singing. For a mic i have the Blue Snowball. I know that audacity is recommended for recording .. but that does not allow for mp3+g plugins.

Hopefully i have explained myself good enough.
