Who to talk to about being un-banned?

Hi, i have been using shoutcast for a couple years now and nsv technology for almost a year, and am very pleased with the results so much that NSV has become my primary video delivery system.

I develop websites for people and the last one I have been working on did feature adult content, and since this project I have noticed that I have been "permanently banned due to violation."

I am wondering what may have been the cause of this and what steps need to be taken to resolve this issue.

I do know that my bit-rate may have been inaccurate as I was trying many different combinations of framerate/compression settings within NSVCAP, and I read that this can be a reason for being banned.

I was testing the stream for approximatly 3 days and upon switching back to another project I realized the problem.

The address that was banned was 24.72.101.14

I was out of town for over a week, when i came back home last night and checked the servers, all my channels are banned, may I know the reason for it and would you kindly unbanned these channels? the IP is 216.240.158.121. thanks a lot.

jingxin really needs to list himself on winamptv.org, cuz he is gonna keep getting banned from shoutcast's crazy ole banbot.

The channels are running on a win2000 platform. Seems after each several days, I have to reboot the system, otherwise, the shoutcast servers will get wild, sigh ... seems linux box runs much more stable.

btw, may I know if relay server is allowed?

I think out station may be banned :/

It touched the shoutcast server fine, but does not show up in the winamp listing.

We rebuilt the video to be better quality and have another 2 hours of content to put up, but have lost out listing :/

it takes like 20 mins or so to get listed

try reading the posts pinned at the top of the screen

they werent just put there for my health
