Normalized Output 10 To 15 Band Equalizer Addon

Normalized Output Equalizer search = “Sorry - no matches”
Please offer the correct term for this feature for further searching.
Please offer suggestions on the best addon for automatically normalizing each band to a preset output. This is shaping based on output, not on + or - whatever the input is. Not talking about a simple + or - for each band, but rather based on adjustments to the original levels so to result in a final normalized shape that is consistent from track to track. IOW, one song might need +10db for the 3K band, while another might need -10db for the same 3K band.
Thanks

Ref: There is obviously a huge difference from one artist or studio to the next with respect to what frequency shaping we end up with as original content. So it is not just a matter of shaping for our systems ‘ ears, but also for the differences in original content (which may have sounded perfect in that studio).

If you want adjustment based on the whole track you'll have to scan everything first, like a multi-band version of replaygain.
Otherwise you'll end up with something closer to a multi-band compressor.

Thanks for the terminology leads.
For real time adjustments, I'm guessing a multi-band compressor would be best I could hope for. Though might end up with some pretty flat volume on some bands.
May end up 'remastering' some tracks manually, but would still be nice to have some plugin to indicate where my output is for each band. Would get pretty tedious to have to rely just on ears alone.
Suggestions welcome.

Have u tried the equalizer with compression turned on?

What u want is so niche and kind of outside the scope of an app like winamp.

BUG #1 = Winamp skips short tracks
Wish #1 = Multiple Column Sorting
Wish #2 = Add TCMP/Compilation editing

Some "sound enhancer" DSPs did similar things, but with less bands, and they usually employed additional trickery that was more suited to improving the sound of cheap speakers and (at least in my experience/opinion) did more harm than good with decent hifi equipment.

As for seeing the output for each band, any analyzer would do, but bear in mind they aren't tuned to your ears' sensitivity across the spectrum, let alone your taste. Meaning, a flat looking spectrum probably won't sound too good.
