Fuck FedEx - The Sequel

What the fuck is wrong with FedEx? Seems our local terminal hires nothing but dipshits who don't seem to be able to do anything right.

Not more than a few months ago I had a string of problems with FedEx. They couldn't find my address even though I am in one of the most well known parts of the city. Idiot goes to the wrong door. Packages delayed for days because of problem after problem.

So I move. I live in a house so if you can't find the door you're blind. A very popular and well known street so don't try saying you could not find it. Space to leave the package inside the front door and all.

So I get a package shipped FedEx early last week. For some stupid reason even though the address clearly was my current one they tried delivering it to my old house. Some computer fuck up even though the address wasn't there. So it gets rejected and goes back to the terminal. I get hold of the terminal and insure three times they have the right address and it will be here Monday. Well Monday came and went and still no package.

Seems this time they took it somewhere 20 miles away to a company that does not match my company name in any way, shape or form. Addresses don't even come close and neither does the zip code. Package was given to someone without my name and was signed for by someone without my name. They said they had the correct address in the records but somehow the package ends up 20 miles away in someone elses hands.

So I'm waiting for them to try to get the package back and to me. They said they'll call but I haven't heard a thing in two days and their idiots are really starting to piss me off. These are the most fucked up FedEx workers in the country - it has to be. Even the customer service chick I talked to was busy muching food in my ear while I was talking to her. How assinine.

So for the fifth time this year - FUCK YOU FEDEX. And find my package assholes before I sue your dumb asses.

On second thought, FedEx lost a plane and never did find it. On third thought, why wasn't Tom Hanks fired for not showing up for work?

Well, being the receiver all I can do is stop payment on the item I didn't receive and let the shipper ream them a new one but I'm trying to give them time to get it right.

Fedex are terrible. My boyfriend had his belongings shipped by them from California to England. They not only unpacked and took apart his computer, but broke half the screws putting it back together and ruined the front cover.
He has spent many hours on the phone trying to get a refund and the shipping fee waived. They're still sending 3 bills a week to charge him for breaking everything!
This is an occasion we could do with them having the wrong address. Useless they are.

Why would they unpack anything. NO ONE does that.

DHL. Now there's a pack of losers. UPS seems to be doing ok but avoid DHL at all costs.

I had to send a DVD/cd label printer and a 250gb hard drive to england and the lady I was sending it to scheduled for DHL to pick it up and take it to her.

They showed that she signed for both packages on the tracking numbers, but she never got anything, and they said there's nothing they can do.

I ordered a mouse from newegg with free fedex saver shipping that is supposed to be here by 4pm today. I bet it doesn't come today

yeah, i'm back.

Sorry, no. There's no reason Fedex would even open a package. Perhaps customs did, but Fedex? Why?

Reminds me of an episode of house m.d., (house- the doctor) gets to go home in 5 minutes and his current patient has an MP3 player up his behind

House said "we'll wait"... "so was it the pumping bassline that attracted you to it?"

After 5 minutes he called his boss to take care of the guy and he left, he said "Tell dr. cuddy she has a patient in exam room 1.. oh, and the RIAA wants her to check for illegal downloads!"

Fedex is my 2nd favorite shippers, UPS is #1.

yeah, i'm back.

That doesn't sound like Fedex, that sounds like your countries customs people.

Hey, they found my package....again...and they're going to try to deliver it - for the third time...maybe Monday.

We shall see. I'm curious to see how beat to hell the box is considering it's a hard drive.

I feel quite lucky. I ordered some computer parts on Friday and paid an exta 99p on delivery for it to arrive on the Monday but it actually arrived on Saturday only i wasn't in at the time. Don't think i've ever had any trouble with any delivery company....yet.

i bought a dual exhaust kit for my truck and gave them my address. they couldnt find my house either. county hwy zz turned into county hwy 22. might of been my fault so now i put a cross in between the ZZ and i could see the guy driving past my road numerous times. they were pretty good except for the 1 or 2 weeks late part but i got my money back for the shipping and i didnt even think to ask about it back. but i think ill stick to ups.
