[Suggestion] hls playback with key.pub

lately more and more sites are encrypting their hls audio streams, please add hls audio playback with a key.pub

I see in 2013 there was a request to play just hls without a key

I also see that there are plans to add hls, but there is no information whether decryption of .ts files with a key will be added

Still ToDo (5.9.2 and beyond)
- Add native support for more formats (e.g. opus, ogv/ogm, TS, dash/iso6, H.265/HLS, VP9, etc.)
