Help identifying the Artist/Song name

This is one of my favourite MIDI tracks. Since it has neither ID3 tags nor vocals, I can't identify the artist or song name. If any of you are familiar with this song, please let me know.

The link doesn't work. You can't remotely access files at Geocities.

Right click playlist entry -> file info

Notice where it says:

Take Me Back (Erasure)
Arranged by John J Holden

Thanks a lot mate, that was the right one

I'm gonna the download the mp3 immediately!

I tried to check the file info on the playlist - but it doesn't work with MIDI files. I'm using Winamp 2.91; what could be the problem?
