Fuckin' cats

OK, first of all, I'm pretty much an equal pet-lover between dogs and cats...But it's not about that...

I have allergies on top of a case of exzema, and one of my allergies is cat hair...I take allergy shots and meds to combat my other allergies, and they actually work, have hardly any to no problems with them...But when I come to my dad's house, temple of three cats, my body throws hell at me...I just get itchy without help or resistance, with the worst on my hands, and sometimes it goes the scratching goes as far til raw spots are scratched back until I don't itch anymore, and it really pisses me off...I tried to not touch the cats this weekend, and it worked for the first night, but the next day I still broke out, and I just peaked earlier today...No matter what I touch, I'll always make contact with something the cats have had their furry bodys all on...What the fuck am I supposed to do?!

Well, I could shoot them...But then my dad and step-mom probably wouldn't approve of me and neither would PETA...And it takes at least 6 months after an abstinence of cats before any allergy contact with the remaining hair goes away...

I'm wearing my biker gloves now so I don't make my hands any worse then they already are, but my finger movement is relativly limited...I need to rob a hospital of their latex and clear plastic gloves...Fuckin' A, man...

Sorry to hear that. I have allergies as well, but they're limited to sinus problems. I just take nasal spray once in a while to deal with that. I love cats, but I don't think I'll have another pet cat living inside the house for a long time. I've got two cats right now, but they stay outside (they're not fixed, and they still have claws, so they're outdoor cats). As much as I like cats, I can't stand having cat hair all over everything. I hate dust as it is, and cat fur is much worse.

Hope your allergies give you a break soon.

They say taking small doses of what your allergic to will build an immunity...

cats are da devil.

I have allergies to only certain cats, and when it happens it makes no difference if I avoid touching things. The air is all it takes, I think it's their dander.

I am allergic to cats too; cat hair just irritates the hell out of my eyes and causes my nose to run.

It's not usually cat hair that irritates, it's flea poop. If the cats are regularly de-fleaed and combed then the allergies go away.

Moral of the story: Keep your pussy clean. And shaved pussy isn't bad.

In other words, trim all the hair off your cat and eat it.
