Hei was wondering how can l get my internet radio station
Feat. on a satellite/cable shoutcast listing
so users can tune in from there..

AFAIK Shoutcast do not run cable or satellite streaming. A third party probably does so you need to ask them.

Even on the internet there are lots of third parties who take streams from shoutcast and you have to register with each of them separately (eg iTunes, Tunein, Roku). NB Radionomy is a "third party" but are a special case because they now own shoutcast.
