the light-sensitive iris, the enzymic intricacies
of control,

the gastric transformations, seed
dissolved to acrid liquors, synthesized into
chirp, vitreous humor, knowledge…

Just thought I’d drop in, like driving by your old house where you grew up … you see the door and it gives you a simultaneous feeling of warmth and dread . Hope those who are still alive are doing well.
