Station Name Not Updating on DNAS or Shoutcast

I changed the name of my station via the Shoutcast DSP Yellow Pages tab over a week ago & have been trying to figure out why it is that the server side DNAS stats/admin pages still show the old station name, as does the Shoutcast directory. Is there something else I need to adjust in order for the information to update properly?

what version of the DNAS are you using? though generally be it a v1 or a v2 DNAS, the source needs to be disconnected and reconnected (or just doing a complete restart of the DNAS) for changes to be reflected (as it only happens during the DNAS 'add' but not during touch / update events).

and in addition to that, if you're using the Source DSP, what mode is it running in (i.e. is the legacy mode option checked or not-checked)?

Thanks daz. I'm using Nullsoft Shoutcast Source v2.2.3. I've disconnected and reconnected multiple times over the last week, to be sure, and have closed/restarted Winamp & the DSP several times as well.

right, so it's a v2 DNAS you're using.

if you've changed the name in the Source DSP, did you also change the name in the associated authhash for the stream? as not changing that against the authhash of the stream won't make any difference even if you change it in the Source DSP (since the DNAS ends up using the authhash details).

if you did get it via the site (via the now removed my-stations page) then you'll need to pm me your authhash and the external IP of your server so i can allow you to edit it (you'll otherwise likely get a 459 error code when trying to amend the details).
