No. It wasn't the answer, I am relaying from SAM and have been for a while now because the shoutcast planner does not work for my station, and is not fit for purpose.

The relay is on and has been verified, shoutcast isn't picking it up for some reason.

The shoutcast connection is down again, when the SHOUTcast directory goes down all the other stuff goes down. Happens about 1-2 a month for 2-3 days at a time.

At this stage, i'm probably going to cut my losses. I've been struggling with Shoutcast since the beginning... think its a year in March. My planner has never worked properly, it won't resume automatically after using a live encoder. I had to rely on DJ Egg who helped me out a lot but its not ideal! And its not the service I pay for. So now I've had to pay for SAM Broadcaster Cloud which, is actually brilliant... and I'm relaying from there to shoutcast. The only reason I haven't moved over completely is simply the pain of having to edit all the many apps we are on, including TuneIn.. and i've been told that the planner will be sorted. I've held on and tried to be patient. but it's now almost a year of trying and my patience has worn thin.

I'm just one woman running a radio station, and i've done a good job with what i've got... but this is too stressful. The thing that gets to me is the lack of customer service, i've still not had a response, and the relay is still not working from Shoutcast side! It's 100% working from SAM side... i'm now streaming directly to my site from SAM until if or when Shoutcast sort this out. As I said earlier, I also tried with BUTT encoder to see if shoutcast would pick that up, and although it says its connected and streaming, shoutcast is saying NO
