problems with wifi / data connection to stream

Hello, Need some help please.

I am using the shoutcast stream and having it re-broadcast on TuneIn Radio..

For some reason when i start it up it works fine when trying to listen from a cell phone/tablet or pc from either wifi connection or data usage (cell phone/tablet)... and then after a day or so the wifi connection to the stream stops working but i can still continue to connect from data using cell phone / tablet..

On cell phone (android or iphone) if i am trying to listen through wifi connection after a day it gives error " a stream connection error occurred" with the red circle and exclamation mark symbol. But if i disconnect from the same cell phone and switch to my data instead and try the stream again it works. Go back on wifi again and does not work.

The only way i found to fix this issue is to close the svhost window by clicking kill server and then re-launching it and having the shoutcast re-connect.

I have opened ports on my router, which dont seem to be an issue
and the firewall on my laptop that is doing the broadcast is set to allow winamp.

any suggestions ?
