Artist looking for a volunteer coder

Hi, I'm a newbie in the world of Winamp. Anyhow, I've had an idea for a skin for a while, but I don't know how to code at all...

The link to a mock-up of my skin is below. I've made all the PNGs of all the buttons and stuff, just really need someone to help me code it all together. I don't have any money to offer, but in return, I can design a skin for you or do any other kind of graphic-related stuff you need or want.
