i assume you mean the SDK...? -> http://forums.winamp.com/showthread.php?t=252090 (and i'm not sure why you've posted this in the skins sub-forum - as i'll have to move this to a more appropriate sub-forum).

ok, it isn't something i ever remember hearing off before. if you cannot find anything, you're better off referring to the skinners atlas and changing the values yourself (it isn't hard).

it's also mentioned in this thread and it was created by Andrew Mackowski
if anyone still has it it would be great if they could upload it somewhere

with the amount of searching, etc that you're doing, you really could have manually made the changes already unless you can find something via archive.org, i don't think you're really going to get much community input on the matter.

I haven't seen a tool like that in quite some time, but you are really better off just editing it your self.

A way that I personally like to find out RGB numbers is within photoshop, most if not all colour pickers that are built into your graphic program will show you all of the numbers associated with that specific colour. You just need the Red, Green, and Blue values.

If you're not sure how to read the viscolor.txt, I recommend downloading the Skinners Atlas by Jellby: http://1001skins.com/pages/skinbrows...?author=Jellby

Side note: I think this app will be mentioned -somehow- often when searching for classic skinning or vis coloring since it generates a colorvis.txt with a footnote "This file was created with Winamp Vis Toolkit...". So, despite being known or not, it does its tricks with a bit of auto-propaganda too..
