Fixing Invalid Tokens errors

Old Winamp 3 skins whose xml files contain non-ASCII characters (like âçë) throw Invalid Tokens errors in Winamp 5.x.

To fix such skins, all you need to do is open the xml files in Notepad (or any other text editor that can handle character encoding) and click on File > Save As and change the encoding to UTF-8.

As an example, compare the original version of the Citral Gold skin with ANSI encoded xml files and the fixed version with UTF-8 encoded xml files.
