It looks well-promising. And then one more skin, where the light runs regularly through the seeker-bar above, while the music is running...

In the previous year I had become a fan of cPro & cPro2...

Wow I love that skin, the combination of a lot of dark color and some really colorful parts

WoW - I forgot....

I have yet, to release it ... but, here is the nearly complete WMC N30N; As I have been creating the CPRO2 Version - I had never released; as I wanted to finish the CPRO2 first and release them both...still not done on it...though.

Know that the skin works, and 99% of everything is worked out...though, themes and a few other non-critical areas are yet to be covered.

Thank You and I hope you enjoy.

I will take it home and analyze the inner structures. It will take a while, until I can try it, because I have to focus on my full-time-therapy now, and I don't know, how many weeks will be needed, until I can feel a little bit better again.

Because I can stop by only rarely for a longer time, maybe someone else wants to report back, if he or she is satisfied. I wish You all the best and keep up Your good work!...

Looks gorgeous but these lines should be removed from skin.xml (or at least commented out):

<include file="/xml/about.xml"/>
<script id="notifier" file="scripts/filestatus.maki"/>
<script id="notifier" file="scripts/notifier.maki"/>

If you need a notifier, use winamp-notifier-2.01 instead.

Sabine Klare - I understand completely.

Ariszlo - um, perhaps I could remove them however, it would go against my nature...I am using my WMC Formatting to run and use skins...; I prefer the one I packaged in the Skin and the filestatus.maki and the about.xml is due to me using my own work (WMC - Winamp Modern Classic). This in general is a method of creating a winamp skin with all the modern support and without the work required to generate one. In this sense, I have created a modern winamp classic skin that uses all the features, functions and extensibility used in Winamp v5 rather than the 'backwards' compatibility of v2 Skins.

I was wrong about filestatus.maki. What confused me was its "notifier" id.

But your notifier.maki is buggy. First, it simply does not work, second, it duplicates the Equalizer menu item (see screenshot) and adds an Album Art menu item, which is checked by default but no album art is shown. The About Winamp menu item is buggy, too: all it does it opens a blank window with not content. And it is also unnecessary: you already have a Nullsoft Winamp menu item that does the job.

I am attaching a test version with the following proposed fixes:

* change the script id of filestatus.maki to "filestatus"
* comment out these two lines:
<include file="/xml/about.xml"/>
<script id="notifier" file="scripts/notifier.maki"/>
* add notifier directory
* add this line to skin.xml:
<include file="notifer/notifier.xml"/>

Ahh,

Yes, the notifier.m script is one I have been working on for the better part of 2/3 years. I have not yet, included the new version but, still package the original. If it is causing an issue yes, it needs to be removed...

Once, I'm ready for the update to the notifier I can re-compile and package it with newer skins...I will remove it from the WMC Skin generator.

Danke; the about - well it and another future feature are there for two reason, pulling Web data from a service and pulling content from a remote source. So, again ya can be removed won't hurt anything...and I suppose I can remove them until such time as I am ready for it or have finalized WMC.
