Infact i updated this skin also with video buttons, but you have to look good, the order is changed to make it fit better to WA5, and maybe a little bit the layout of the buttons.

Act 2 Finale

I'm definitely not 100% happy with the way the ML turned out, but then who ever is?

The ml does not give you much to play with, maybe that has something to do with it.

Has your skin been updated and you want it on your own account?

I guess it might be time for this now.

Over 50 skins have now been updated, and I expect an original author will stop by someday asking to restore his skin to his account.

Yes, that can be done, in steps:

1. PM me the name and if you have it, the number of your skin. I will republish it, it will show up in your skin list and is ready to be updated.

2. Update your skin with the 3 new windows. Yes, use the ones that are in the Nullsoft Classicz version if you want, it's your skin.

3. Upload the renewed skin and eventual new screenshots.

4. Skin will go through the review process, every skin does, can't get around that.

5. Right after your new version is published, the Nullsoft Classics version is deleted.

I also added pledit.txt, for the status text in the video window, I hope that's allowed? I just added the two lines for the text and bg color; that green color looked really ugly...

@ jojo:

All the skins you have updated have this by-line:
"WA5 update by Devino."
Is that OK?

Well; i noticed that infact it's Jojo 544 but i don't realy mind. Just that people might know me by Jojo and not devino, wich is another alias i use on other purposes, so if it's easy to change that would be nice, if not so be it

You can try contacting him, although he doesn't seem to be very active. Even his homepage seems to have been abandoned since February. Anyway, here are some urls:

hey thanks, the update looks good so far el-argento. I hardly find time for skinning anymore, but I frequently browse the modern skin forum. Didn't know that people actually still use those old skins of mine, appreciate it!

There's only two things I'd like to have changed:
- the button font color on the media library is #9A9A9A right now, I'd prefer to see #FF6D01
- the 'media library' title could use a higher contrast, something like #656565.

If that's done you have my approval to submit the updated skin (you can add your name to the existing readme file).

@Jojo 544: some of the text colors on the media library of the updated bionica skin look wrong. I would have prefered you contacting me before submitting the updated skin like el-argento did :/

There are also a couple of other things you must do with genex.bmp

1. The dimensions of the bitmap should not be altered from the default size of 130x75
2) The background colour shouldn't be altered from the base skin colour of (0,198,255), it is recommended you leave this as the default colour , for any future changes may become dependant on this.

-----------------------------------------------------------------------

note: it is a BAD idea to change that blue coloured background. It WILL fuck your skin up in future updates- Christophe
