Do no use Parametric Stereo (PS) @ 48kpbs

Good thing my encodes didn't use it, personally I don't like how it change the stereo imaging so I leave it off

http://www.mp3-tech.org/tests/aac_48/results.html

So next time, encode to 48kpbs, v1 without PS

Or encode everything twice and pick the version that sounds best (or least awful), sometimes PS does help (as can be seen from the detailed results).

Seems like samples with wider stereo separation/imagiging sound worst with PS than without...

PS can't work right if there are different sounds in the left and right channel in the same frequency band. In video this doesn't happen too often though.
