init script on debian

hello,
I have install shoutcast on other user (not root) say that user is shoutcast with password shoutcast and install at /home/shoutcast/radio folder.

how to create init script so when boot up/reboot the system will running shoutcast by itself which shoutcast install on user (non root) directory?
