Shoutcast DNAS 2.5.5 setup mode not completing installation on windows 32

Hello Shoutcast Technical support and everyone,
Shoutcast DNAS 2.5.5 setup mode not completing installation on windows 32.

I have reached the final stage where it shows "run Server" and "Exit".
When I click the former nothing comes up. At first I thought it's my computer freezing but it's not.
I also found online discussion in a forum where some had a similar problem and was advised to change the "example" file to "sc_serv.conf" and be in the directory with executable file. I did the same then opened it , double clicked the "sample" one out of four. The server couldn't run instead just explanatory notes.
So I need further help.

i know about Windows 95, 98 , 98SE , ME , XP, Vista , 7. 8 and 10
but never heard about Windows 32

perhaps you could give us the right version?
