Winamp Notification Control Problem

Hello,

I´ve just read that the new Winamp Version 1.4.10 was updated with a Notification Control for the music player.

Unfortunately that doesn´t work on my phone. When I try to change the "Notification Bar Type" I have only two choices: "None" or Basic.

Why can´t I chose the Bar Type with the control option?

Is there any possibility to get it work?

My Device:
Samsung GT-S5830i
Android 2.3.6 (mit Root)
Kernel Version 2.6.35.7
Winamp: 1.4.10 (Pro)

bar type is not a option for the gingerbread android system
its meant more for the 4.0 and later system
which is why its not a option

i noticed this when a family member got a phone with the 4.0 android system
my phone is also on 2.3.6 so i know from experience

Thanks a lot for your quick answer. Now i know the reason and have to think about an Custom ROM, again.
