Server Help!!! Please

I followed the guide above step by step and still I can't connect to my own server, neither can anyone else. Would anyone be interested in helping me out via remote desktop? I'm sure it's something easy that someone with experience would be able to notice right away. I've been at this for about 9 hours now, and I've seriously done as much as I could to make this happen.

Please help

Well I guess I should mention everything is good to go except I don't have any YP connection and I've done as much as I could to try and adjust my firewall and my ports!!
