Just a few general questions

Hello I am new to this and just had a few question.I was reading through the terms and it says I need "an average worldwide audience of 500 hours/day" to qualify for the monetization program? I was just wondering if this is truly the case.Also my stream has been up for a few days now and I trigger ads and they seem to play sometimes and not others how do I fix this?And on the shoucast home page i see my stream but it always shows I have 0 listeners but I see 4 or 5 in the RMO is this common? I always see the same stations up top,do they pay to be up there or do I need to trigger something?...Ive read thro several threads and sorry if this is just repetitive questions that have been answered, but I cant find any..... Thanks for any help here.
