lol I just got rid of it... where the hell it come from? Nowhere and everywhere I guess.... Anyhoo, got rid of it pretty fast... the only problem is, if your on a network, you can get it again if the other comp is infected... at least I think so... just search "msblaster.exe" on your system... if u find it, u infected.
