Because this issue effects all media players it indicates this is a problem your system and not specifically with Winamp. Sorry, the Winamp Tech Support/Bug Forums are for Winamp, there is not much that we can tell you.

Try contacting customer support of you computer provider/manufacturer.

If you have not done so already, run you virus scanner with the latest definitions/signatures and/or use a online scanner
HouseCall from Trend Micro

Symantec Virus Scan

Command On Demand

Panda ActiveScan

Also use a ad/spyware buster. Try Spybot Search&Destroy and after that (for good measure) also use Ad-aware . Be sure to update the references/detections for S S&D and Ad-Aware.

Also make sure the sound and display/video drivers are updated. Sorry again there is not much more that I can tell you. Good Luck, I hope you find a resolve to your issue.

Please do not PM me for tech support. Any request for tech support through PM will be ignored.
