Unexpected Pause or Blip when turning screen on

I have been using the Android app for a few weeks now but since yesterday I have started to see a small but very annoying pause in the music whenever I turn on my phone's (Droid X) screen.

I have done a couple of battery pulls since then for other reasons and the only other option I see is to uninstall and reinstall the application in hopes this fixes it. But has anyone else seen this or know what else I can try?
