Radio station went dark - - trying to contact (Tennessee Waltz)

Hi - -

I love Shoutcast, it has substituted in my office for satelite radio because it has such variety, and I like to switch among stations during the day.

But some stations go dark without warning. My favorite station went out about a year ago. It had not so many listeners, and emanated from Scandanavia. It played folk tunes from the region and elsewhere, and its signature title was "Tennessee Waltz" of which it must have had over a few hundred covers on its playlist.

I would like to find the broadcaster and visit him or her wherever they live, and perhaps try to get the station going again if they need some financial support.

Can anybody help me find them?

It's SHOUTcast. The majority of the stations are run by your average computer in someone's bedroom. Stations go dark, and new ones pop up every single day.

Your only hope of contacting the station broadcaster is to have visited the URL of their website listed in the directory (you could do this by clicking on the station's description), assuming they even had one.

This is a sig of some nature.

Nullsoft/SHOUTcast has no control over the listings.

Aka stations come and go, nullsoft has nothing to do with it.
