My friend was over in the US this summer to met some american friends. He went to their school and was amazed over the food they where served. They could choose between hamburgers, pizza and all kind of junk-food. He asked for a salad and he got something completely covered in majonese (don't know the spelling of that one...). They started do discuss the food and they didn't even realize that it's bad to eat that kind of food all the time. In Sweden a school that served food like that all the time would be closed... Or at least get a stearn warning from the healthisnpection or something like that.

I'm probably generalising things here but still. Do you ppl know what it is you are eating?

-------------

BTW Did you know there are mor fat ppl on earth than starving ones...

"What you know you can't explain, but you feel it. You've felt it your entire life, that there's something wrong with the world. You don't know what it is, but it's there, like a splinter in your mind, driving you mad." I have choosen the red pil.

Do you people ever read ingrediant labels?
Do you people look at all the shit you are dumping in you?
Alot of this shit has more chemicals in it than a meth lab.
Think the industry of America has ever done studies on the long-term effects of preservitives on the human body?

Whatever. Just be active enough to burn it all off. It's laziness and our eating habits, not just one or the other. It's the way we abuse our bodies for what we want instead of whats good for us.
And, yes, I am a skinny little fuck.

Go read a book without pictures

Beware the age factor!

What, you sayin' I'm fat?

But yeah, I see quite a few hippos around here...Not overwhelming, but they make notice to themselves...I'm neither fat nor skinny, since I don't eat fattening foods, but they're not healthy either...If only people would at least make walking a usual habit, maybe people wouldn't be bitching so much about our fellow space-wasters...

A very close Japanese friend I knew a while ago once said to me "Watashi no koto wo oboeta, onegai shimasu...Yakusoku?"

I forgot his name though...
