USB drive popup

Hello there,

Occasionally when I connect a USB drive to my computer, I get a message from Winamp asking me if I want to use this USB drive as a music drive. I'd like to get rid of that popup message, since I don't have any USB drives for that purpose. Anyone know where I can find that setting? Couldn't find it myself.

Thanks

Well, if you have no USB devices, then you might just Uninstall either the Nullsoft USB Device Plug-in in the Portables Plug-in section or the Nullsoft Portable Music Player Support Plug-in in the Media Library Plug-in section (which would effectively remove all Portable support).

Or, you could go into Plugins folder with Winamp closed and rename the associated DLL files for the same effect.

Or, you might try Configuring the USB Device Plug-in to Blacklist the drive letter that gets made when you insert the USB drive.

I was able to blacklist it. That seems like the nicest solution in case I ever change my mind. Thanks!
