Entertain me,,,

Yeah I'm bored, thought I'd bug you all for the first time in....I forget when I was last here actually, but yay the first Jedi visit of 2008. Does anyone else still think its 2007 some days?

So competition, who ever can show me the MOST interesting thing, that will have me no longer bored, can have an imaginary cookie. I would give out real ones, but they'd go mouldy in the post seeing as most of you live in the US.

OH and a bonus question; Who knows where Barnstaple is?

No problem, my darling Jedi.

I can entertain you with my webcam and this new body oil I just bought!

OK, stand by for transmission...

Just click on random links in a Wikipedia article, next thing you know, it's 3 am in the morning.

...or if you really want to be entertained, go create a trivia section in an article, or create an article that would most likely be challenged for deletion, and watch the mods go apeshit like their milk had just been spilt...

Well I'm glad to see your all insane as per usaul, not alot changes eh =P
Bilbo!! Your still a mod here?
And what eaxctly does '5 clicks to jesus' mean? Does that mean theres a 5 clicks to nirvana or something??

Reason I mentioned Barnstaple by the way, is because I moved there temporarily, and whenever people ask me where I've moved to NO ONE knows where it is, great way to confuse people though.....

Has anyone read Trainspotting? Reading it presently...very odd book to say the least lol

I'm reading a book called Time and Again by Jack Finney. It's actually very good so far and is about a person that discovers a way to go back in time to nineteenth century Manhattan.

It might be because I am from the Island, and so familiar with the city that I'm enjoying it so much, but I think it's also that I very much agree with the idea that the city was a much different and probably better place then, than it is now, or in 1970, which is the setting of the novel.

Manhattans an island? Lol I thought it was in the middle of America somewhere (Jedi is not so great at geography)

Hmmm I've never really read books based on like earlier years, apart from Anne Franks diary is all I can seem to think off...
Sounds interesting though ^_^

Manhattan is an island between the East River and the Hudson River.

While I'm not in school, I live on Long Island, which is just northeast of Manhattan.

I tried that one night; But I then started clicking on links that were totally unrelated to the page I was previously interested in, taking me further off course of what I had intended to do, and then as the hours passed by, I went from looking up things about the Ultimate fate of the universe and ended with Christopher Lowell, so at the helm of home design, I said "Fuck it" and decided to get some real entertainment at ED with the Mudkipz and diabeetus pages...
