get Beat Detection Data into Java or Delphi

Hi!

I'm looking for a way of getting the beat detection data into a java or, alternatively a delphi program.
I've seen VB programs getting the data from WinAmp, but I'm not very talented in coding or altering the necessary C++ stuff.

It seems the best way to do this is to write a small APE and a Java Native Interface? Is anyone able to code this kind of thing or where to get it? Shouldn be that hard to do for you guys

Anybody? More precisely, i'm talking of reading the isBeat() variable from avs, maybe by using shared memory.
