Shoutcast, Firewall and open ports
Hi all !
First sorry because I am sure it is a faq but I didn't manage to find the answer... I have a question about listening to shoutcast servers. It looks like it is usual that the port number is 8000, but there are *many* servers using other ports numbers as well... My question is : is there a way to be able to listen to *all* the shoutcast servers, besides opening every single port on the firewall ? Thanks for any help ! Bigloo |

The firewall is not on the same computer as winamp, so this wouldn't work.
I use PF, the firewall of OpenBSD, but I think this doesn't change anything, does it ? |
