Read and Write Permisison for Window 7
For copy protection I have already purchased a tool that requires a license file be installed in the same location my application gets installed. My app on windows 7 gets installed on program files x86. You must be logged in as administrator to get it installed correctly due to a PDF driver and I register a couple DLL's.
My question is how can I grant a user on this machine read/write to the file and a registry entry during the installation. Remember, its installed by a IT guy not the real user. Any help is very much appreciated Thanks, Richard |

This looks good. Are you sure it works on windows 7 and Vista ?
Thanks Richard |
