Download and Install Issues

I just got a Windows 7 machine and need to switch over from my old NiceCast. I have treid to download and install ShoutCast many times. All I get are files that never seen to install all the way and one for C++. What am I doing wrong? Please help ASAP

Aside from that, you are going to need to provide us with a little more information in order for us to be a little more helpful.

What exactly is going wrong? Are you getting any error messages?
