Specify Channel Playback (7.1 sound card)

Hello,

I was wondering if it is possible to specify the channel of a sound card that winamp outputs sound to. I know it is possible to specify which sound card, but can not find a way to specify a channel on the card. I am using a Startech External USB 7.1 Sound Card. The idea is to use multiple (6) instances of Winamp to play a different mono sound file on 6 different speakers.

It has been recommended to me that I use a different program such as MPC-HC or j river media for this task, but I have already set up multiple instances of Winamp with different class names and coded an interface to run them. Also, I'm more familiar with Winamp as a program and would prefer to use it.

Perhaps there is a plug-in that someone may know of or something along those lines.
