Issue With 24 Bit FLAC

Hello. I've tried to find a solution to this all over the internet and I haven't had any luck.

Whenever I try to play any 24 bit FLAC files WinAmp gives me this error message:

Error while processing frame
(FLAC__FILE_DECODER_SEEKABLE_STREAM_DECODER_ERROR).

I never had a problem with this while running Windows XP. I just upgraded to Windows 7 and that is when this issue popped up.

Let me know if there is any other information you need in order to diagnose this problem or if you have any ideas on what to try.
