my winamp 3 always crashes down when i´m in the internet

my winamp always crashes down when i´m surfing in the internet and i also can´t load any playlists i´ve created before. i downloaded the setup of winamp 3 twice but both times it didn´t work proper. my winamp 2 didn´t have such problems. i don´t know what to do. can anyone help me?
