Winamp Windows 10 Update

Hi All,
Does anyone know why the website always says there is more coming soon?
I have been checking periodically for a few years and nothing ever seems to change.
Is there no more updates of Winamp anymore?
I run v5.666 build 3516 with no trouble on Windows 10 Creators Update but there's no update in 4 years now.
Has Winamp been abandoned now?
What is the point of signing up to a newsletter but nothing comes of it?
